Terms and Conditions for Posting Ads on the Website of "Intriga" Ltd.:
1. Every internet user has the right to submit free ads for searching and offering real estate on the website of "Intriga" Ltd., according to the conditions listed here.
2. Users may choose whether to submit an ad through "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate or to publish a private ad.
3. Every internet user submitting an ad through "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate agrees to provide their personal data (name, address, phone, email, ID card data), which will be used for concluding a potential mediation agreement, as well as for advertising and/or organizing a real estate transaction.
4. Every internet user submitting an ad agrees that the content of the ad may be advertised by "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate and shared with third parties (real estate agents, brokers, or end clients) in order to complete the desired transaction.
"Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate does not provide users’ personal data to third parties, only the content of the ads, including submitted images.
5. Every user submitting or publishing an ad is deemed informed that they may be offered to sign a contract under which "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate, as a broker, has the right to remuneration upon the successful completion of a transaction, according to the contract terms.
6. If the user refuses to sign such a contract, "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate reserves the right to remove the ad from its websites. The user agrees not to have any claims for damages or lost profits in such cases.
7. Ads are verified by an administrator.
8. Publishing an ad may take up to 72 hours.
9. "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate may refuse to publish an ad by sending a rejection notice to the provided email. Failure to publish within 72 hours without such notice is considered a silent refusal.
10. "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate is not obliged to justify its refusal to publish an ad.
11. Despite the mandatory review, administrators cannot prevent incorrect or malicious actions by users. Responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and copyright of the submitted content lies solely with the user identified by name, phone, email, or IP address.
12. "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate may refuse or remove ads at any time, especially when:
- The content (text and/or images) is misleading, inaccurate, or lacks aesthetic value;
- The ad contains advertising for goods/services, links to external websites, obscene or offensive content;
- The submitted images are of poor quality (small size, unclear focus, etc.);
- The ad text or user’s name is written in Latin script;
- The user posts a private ad while acting as an agent/broker with commercial intent without registration;
- The ad is duplicated (more than one ad for the same property or identical text);
- The ad contains premium-rate phone numbers without clear indication.
13. "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate may block users who do not comply with these rules.
14. Administrators of "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate have the right to edit the submitted ads for proper spelling and style.
15. "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate is not responsible to users or third parties for damages or lost profits caused by non-publication, removal of ads, or account blocking.
16. "Intriga" Ltd. Real Estate is not responsible for ads that violate laws or legal rights of third parties, including copyrights or intellectual property rights.
17. By submitting an ad, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
